Websites that YOU can maintain

About me

I am devoted to serving churches, small businesses, and non-profit organisations with an experience of over 4 years in setting up and maintaining websites and establishing Internet presence through social media. My company is based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa but I work worldwide.

I set up your website in such a way that you can make changes to your text and upload pictures yourself

Technology can be scary sometimes. It can also be time absorbing, frustrating and complicated. Many small business owners will therefore shy away from owning their own website and rather just create a Facebook page. What if I tell you that a website can be set up in such a way that you can upload new pictures just as simple as onto your Facebook page?

A professional looking website, an email address linked to your website address as well as your presence on Facebook, Instagram and Google business all work hand in hand to bring the customers to you.

I have worked on different websites which are now being updated by people with little technology knowledge. And they are not afraid to do it! I will train you so that within 2 hours you can change pictures and text on the website yourself.

Finding the best possible solutions and ideas that work for you, is what I specialise in. If it doesn’t work for you, don’t be afraid to not accept it. I will give you a variety of options  that we can work on together because ultimately you do not want to sit with a website that never gets updated or you have to pay someone for every little change you need to make.

Why do you need a website?

Connection. We are all made for connection. A good website should tell a story. Your story. The website should tell who you are, what you do and why you do it. A website should be easy to navigate so new clients will read the website in its entirety through by getting guided via the navigation menu. And then be inspired by you and your work. Finally a website gives your contact details and navigation on how to find you. Without a website, how do people know that you even exist?

What I do

Once  the client tells me their requirements, we discuss the best possible solutions and then we work together until we have the agree on the best final product for your circumstances.

Setting up your web domain & hosting

Before you even start on a website, you need to register a web domain with an address suitable to you. For this you need a hosting provider. There is a small monthly fee that you need to pay to your hosting provider for their services.

Website Design

Once you have your domain registered, I will then build a website for you with photos and text that you provide. Some photos we will select from free websites where you don't violate any copyright laws by using them for your website.

Business email address

I will set up for you email adresses that link to your website e.g. yourname@website.co.za

Blogs

Churches and non-profits need to communicate with their communities as to what is happening. An easy way to do this, is through a Blog on your website.

Online Shops

Do you want to display and sell your products online? For small businesses, it is possible to set up an online shop for free on your website.

Social media

Facebook, Instagram. In our current times, a business does not really exist without a social media presence. Let me help you to share your website content onto your social media in an easy and quick way.

Why I do what I do

Service to others is the most important part of my life. Giving back to what I have received, is my way of showing gratitude to God who has blessed me abundantly. South Africa is a country where many people suffer in poverty and businesses struggle to survive. Especially since the pandemic, businesses have not fully recovered. Having an Internet presence is an important way of marketing your business. I believe in simple, beautiful and streamlined websites which offer quick information to the clients that visit it.

The short answer is yes. Whether someone wants to call you or needs to find your address, they will always look on

2020 was the year that virtual conferences became a must. Simply because in South Africa we couldn’t leave the house for 5

Let’s be honest. I prefer events in the real world too. There is nothing like going to a convention, making new friends,
